Diversified products for which we have standardized to the limit; focused, micro-scale production capabilities which allow us to fill orders even for a single piece. In order to achieve our ideal of "diversified products and micro-scale production," we have streamlined our manufacturing set-up procedures and have implemented semi- and total automation processes. Our craftsmanship, rooted as it is in the expression of our originality and technical precision, earned the Prize of Excellence in the first "National Craftsmanship Competition of Japan" in 2005, an honor bestowed by the Prime Minister. Our originality and innovativeness were especially noted. We vow to continue our quest for the ultimate level of craftsmanship in order to merit the trust and confidence of our customers.

In the pursuit of ultimate craftsmanship, NBK develops and creates its own manufacturing equipment. Through their ingenuity and expertise, our high-tech craftsmen ・the masters of our generation ・are able to infuse our distinctive and experienced craftsmanship style into each machine and system. As a result, we are able to ensure that the skills and experiences of the older generation are passed on to the next generation of craftsmen. With our own "Meister Program," through which we actively support employees' motivation to self-improve, we are able to nurture our future talent. Even if it means cultivating the acquisition of knowledge and skills that are not directly relevant to the work that we do, we firmly believe in the importance of developing well-rounded people.

Our evolution continues.
In 1950 we were the first to standardize the V-pulley in Japan. We continued to innovate by producing products that are consistently high in originality, such as Operational Elements, Miniature and Precision Shaft Couplings, Special Screws for High-Tech Machines, and Clamping Elements for Linear Motion Guideways. We are also working to create facilities to support our new craftsmanship, such as the constant-temperature, constant-humidity, clean environment Bi-tech Plant for ultra-precise machining; the Class-10 Clean Room; and the Positive Air Pressure Place designed to support the logistics of our high frequency, micro-scale, and same-day shipment. We continually evolve to create new value.
