Main Body | UNS N06600 (Inconel*1600 equiv.) |
Application
Vacuum devices / Vacuum chambers / FPD production equipment / Semiconductor manufacturing equipment / Electron microscopes /Printed circuit board etching devices / Metallic surface treatment equipment and facilities / Chemical plants
Characteristics
- Inconel hex socket head cap screws SNSI with ventilation hole.
- The ventilation hole easily releases gas trapped in the screw holes of equipment and machines, and supports vacuum drawing of vacuum devices.
- Excellent corrosion resistance against oxidizing and reducing organic and inorganic acids. ⇒The Properties of Screws Made of Special Materials
- Excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking due to chlorine ions.
- Demonstrates almost total corrosion resistance to ammonia.
- Excellent heat resistance and creep resistance. Retains high strength even near 600°C.
- Supports use with vacuum equipment in high-temperature and corrosive environments.
- Cleanroom wash/cleanroom packing provided.⇒Cleanroom Wash / Cleanroom Packing Service
