New Customer Registration

We are unable to accept orders from Canada and Mexico at this time. United States only.

Customer Registration

1. Customer Information Entry

Enter the company information and contact person information, then press "Proceed to Confirmation".

2. Checking the Details of Customer Registration

See the NBK Online Store "Terms of Service".
Check the "Agree with Terms and Conditions" box, then click the "Register" button.

3. Customer Registration Completed

Customer information will be sent to us.
A notification email confirming the delivery of the information will be sent to the registered email address.
Click the URL listed in the email sent to complete the customer registration.

Functions in [Your Orders]

Checking the Shopping Cart

Check "1. Shopping Cart" for information about the order.

Shipping Date Confirmation History

You can check the shipping date confirmation history.

Click the [Detail] button to check detailed information about the shipping date confirmation history.
You can also check the response status and purchase "Awaiting Order" items from the detailed information page.

Check "1. Shopping Cart" for information about purchases.

Purchase History

You can check the purchase history.

Click the [Details] button to check detailed information about the purchase history.

Confirm/Update Customer Registration Information

To change the customer registration information, click the [Edit] button.

Fill in the items and click the [Proceed to Confirmation] button.

Register/Update Shipping Address

When registering a new shipping address, click the "Manage Shipping Address" button.

Added shipping addresses can be edited and deleted.
