What is a Linear Guide Stopper?
It is a component used to prevent slip-out, falling, and to act as a stopper in case of uncontrolled movement for linear guideways (linear ways, linear guides, slide rails). You can choose the attachment method and shape according to the design and application, such as L-type, convex type, gate type, and types that attach directly to the rail. We also offer positioning types with fine thread screws for precise positioning adjustments, and those equipped with urethane or urethane bolts to mitigate collision noise. These are designed to fit rail sizes (15-35mm). Linear guide stoppers compatible with linear guideway manufacturers THK, IKO, and NSK can be selected using the Product Finder.

Stopper Bolts for Linear Guide Stoppers
Can be used in conjunction with linear guide stoppers for positioning. All products come with lock nuts. These stopper bolts have fine threads and a rounded head.
The rounded part is hardened.
Excellent wear resistance.
Fine thread stopper bolts with urethane on the head.
The urethane mitigates collision noise between metals.
