Purchase Flow

Membership registration is required to make an order.
Click here regarding "Customer Registration".

You can make orders 24 hours a day/ 365 days a year.

※Please contact our customer service when ordering in a large quantity.
※Product shipping/delivery is per shopping cart. Shipping fee and various fees are calculated per shopping cart.
The shipping date will be adjusted according to the product in the shopping cart with the farthest delivery date.

Adding Products to the Shopping Cart

Click the "Cart" button on a product page to add the product to the shopping cart.
Click the [Check Other Products] button to return to the product screen. You can then select more items.
Click the [Cart] button to switch to the shopping cart screen.

1. Shopping Cart

You can check the products in the shopping cart.

  1. Changing the quantity: After changing the quantity, press the [Update] button.
  2. Deleting products: Click the [Delete] button.
  3. Dividing the shopping cart: Products with [Bundle] not checked will be excluded from the purchase in the shopping cart for this order.

For available shipping dates, check "1. Shopping Cart" for the shipping date inquiry.

※To proceed with the purchase, press the [Proceed with Order] button.
※To inquire about the available shipping date, press the "Shipping Date Inquiry" button.
※Quantity cannot be changed for products for which the shipping date is confirmed.
※Products for which the shipping date is confirmed can only be purchased within the validity date.
※To add other products to the shopping cart, click the "Continue Shopping" button.
※Product shipping/delivery is per shopping cart. Shipping fee and various fees are calculated per shopping cart.
※The shipping date will be adjusted according to the product in the shopping cart with the farthest shipping date.

2. Shipping Address, Shipping Methods, and Payment Methods

1. Shipping Address

You can change the shipping address from Your orders.
To register a new shipping address, click the "Add new address" button.

※In new registration, check "Include Delivery Certificate" if applicable.

2. Shipping Methods

Select the shipping method from "UPS" or "FedEx".
If you have an account, enter the account number.

3. Payment Methods

The payment method is by credit card only.

When you finish entering the information, press the "Proceed to Confirm Order Information" button.

3. Confirm Order Information

If there are any changes to the details, press the [Update] button to make the necessary corrections.

"Order Confirmation" and "Order complete" emails are sent to the registered email address.
Make sure that the email address is correct. If necessary, make changes from [Manage Your Account].

4. Credit Card Information Entry

If you selected credit card as the payment method, enter the credit card information.

Only one-time payments are accepted.

When you finish entering the information, press the "Proceed to Final Confirmation" button.

5. Sent

Information on the order details will be sent to us.
At this stage, the order has not yet been completed.

The purchase is concluded when we send the [Order Complete] email.

Invoice Issuance

Click the [Details] button from the list in [Your Orders].
Next, click the [Invoice] button on the displayed screen.
An invoice will also be sent by email upon shipment.

Shipping Fee

A shipping fee will be charged regardless of the cost of purchase.

※Please use a card registered in your name.
※Only one-time payments are accepted.
※SSL is supported, so credit card numbers will be encrypted before sending.

Shipping Date Inquiry

1. Shopping Cart

Clicking on the [Request Prospective Shipping Date] button in the cart opens a separate window.
Click the "Send" button to inquire about the shipping date of the products in the cart.
Click the [Cancel] button to close the window.

2. Shipping Date Confirmation History

Check "Shipping Date Confirmation History" regarding the functions on My Page.

3. Shopping Cart

Check "1. Shopping Cart" for information about the order.
